1 What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Once you’ve downgraded, all your existing data will remain in read-only mode, and you won’t be able to add any new data.

2 How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

• Click on the Left sidebar icon and move to My Subscription.
• You will be redirected to the subscription page where you can cancel your subscription.
• Once you’ve canceled, all your existing data will remain in read-only mode and you will not be able to do any operation.

3 Do you store my credit card details?

In accordance with our privacy policy, your credit card details are NOT stored in our servers . The card details you enter while signing up for Remnant Radar, are moved to the Stripe payment gateway in order to process your subscription renewals for each cycle.

4 Can I change the credit card associated with my subscription?

Yes, that can be done. Kindly follow the below steps to update the Credit Card associated with your Remnant radar subscription.

• Go to Side menu Option
• Click on My Subscription
• You will redirect to Subscription page.
• Click on Edit icon beside the Card no.
• Enter the new credit card details and click Update.
